Bob Hunt has been delivering Expert Witness Reports since 1992 in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Northern Ireland and Australia.
He has delivered a large number of CPR Reports in over 30 years as an Expert and given evidence in Courts internationally.
EXPERT WITNESS REPORTS
Expert Witness Reports are usually prepared as a result of legal disputes vary in their scope depending instructions.
The Expert Witness service will provide a clear unbiased report together with objective opinions as required by CP35 in the UK and National Legislation in other countries.
RISK ASSESSMENTS
It is evident from the many Expert Witness Reports which have been produced that many cases involve golf clubs or facilities where there is no suitable and sufficient Risk Assessment.
There are often two Assessments for courses or ranges.
• a design risk assessment
• an operational Risk Assessment
These may be combined as a General Risk Assessment
The Risk Assessment requires a detailed site visit and an examination of the design and maintenance regime of the course.
The report would normally follow the UK Health and Safety Risk Assessment format.
